If you are an individual debtor who filed a bankruptcy case in this court without an attorney ("pro se" debtor), and have an internet e-mail address, you may elect to receive electronic notice by e-mail whenever a filing is made with the Court in your case.
Separate requests must be completed for each individual debtor in a joint case (husband and wife). This application will not be processed if you are not the pro se debtor in the case.
In order to view the documents filed in your case through a hyperlink in the e-mail notice, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed and you must apply for a PACER account by accessing the PACER website: www.pacer.psc.uscourts.gov. Only the first viewing of the document is free. Additional access to the same document will require you to pay an access fee (please visit the PACER website for fee information).
A debtor's e-mail will remain active for the duration of their bankruptcy case. A debtor will stop receiving e-mail notification if the e-mail is returned undeliverable or upon the closing of their bankruptcy case.
If your case is reopened and there is activity in the case, you will receive electronic notification. However, you may request to stop electronic notification at any time by clicking here.
If you have previously signed up for email notification, but have changed your email address, you can update the address here.
